The invention relates to the use of an indolic compound with nucleophilic substituents at C3 and the dimeric variants thereof, which exhibit activity against B lymphoid neoplasms selected from chronic lymphatic leukaemia, small B cell lymphoma, and B and Hodgkin lymphomas dependent on infection by the Epstein-barr herpesvirus, and which are used in the production of a pharmaceutical composition that can be used in the treatment of said pathologies.
