superconductor wire (1; 31) containing superconductor material NbTi and Cu, with - at least three blocks Al (3a-3c) which are arranged distributed in the circumferential direction, - and at least three sections (4a-4c) containing NbTi which they are also disposed distributed in the circumferential direction and which separate the blocks Al (3a-3c) each other in the circumferential direction, characterized in that the superconducting wire (1; 31) further has - a concentric tube (2 ), in particular a cladding tube of Cu, wherein the at least three sections (4a-4c) containing NbTi arranged distributed in the circumferential direction on the casing tube (2) that blocks Al (3a-3c ) are supported respectively by a large surface in their sections (4a-4c) adjacent containing NbTi, having a contact over a large surface between the sections (4a-4c) containing NbTi and blocks Al (3a-3c) in the cross section of at least one 20% of the wire diameter on boundary surfaces which extend approximately in the radial direction of the sections (4a-4c) containing NbTi and blocks Al (3a-3c), and the superconducting wire (1; 31) is formed without welding.
