A method for wireless communications, which method comprises: receiving a plurality of signals, which includes a first signal, in a plurality of antenna elements, each signal being associated with a different remote terminal, with the first signal associated with a first remote terminal ; determining a spatial signature corresponding to each of the plurality of signals, each spatial signature indicating a weighting weight vector for an associated distant terminal; memorize the spatial signatures that correspond to the plurality of signals and associated distant terminals; and spatially demultiplexing the signals other than the first signal using the spatial signatures in order to obtain an estimate of the first signal for the first distant terminal.
