Pharmaceutical formulation in the form of a capsule, comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable cefdinir salt or polymorph, which is wet granulated and has an average particle size in the range of 1-10 μm, and calcium carboxymethylcellulose, in which the proportion in Cefdinir weight with respect to calcium carboxymethyl cellulose is in the range of 3 to 17.
