The present invention provides a method of creating an education simulation for a learner comprising the steps of providing simulation software code, providing a dynamic data model independent of the software code, communicating possible statements or actions contained within the dynamic data model to a simulation interface, receiving from the learner a chosen statement or action from the possible statements or actions contained within the dynamic data model, generating new possible statements or actions for the learner contained within the dynamic data model to make within the simulation in response to the chosen statement or action received from the learner, providing a response contained within the dynamic data model, and updating the dynamic data model. Also provided is a system for performing the method.
