A computer system, methods, apparatus and readable medium to reduce DataCenters (DCs)energy costs, improve their computing infrastructures green energy efficiencyand workloadperformance of their application processes by executing them on a blade serversystem withembedded, nonhierarchical heterogeneous multi-processors, and scalableProcessing ResourceTiers - PRT optimized for energy-efficiency and performance delivery. In thisdisclosure, greenenergy efficiency of a computing resource is defined as a function of reducedpower, reducedheat dissipation, reduced processes execution times, and increased processesworkloadperformance delivery. A low-power General-Purpose processor (GPP) in an activemode is theprimary blade server's processor. The primary blade server, also called theFront-end ProcessingTier - FPT, is responsible for the initial processing of tasks beforetransferring this computingprocess to the most green energy efficient PRT as identified and selected by aMasterCommand Controller -MCC module and powered ON by a Power Management ControlTier- PMCT.
