An exemplary embodiment provides for a computer-implemented method forprocessing a secure facility resident request. The method includes accepting arequest type selection by the secure facility resident, providing a requestformcorresponding to the request type, accepting input for the request form androutingthe request form to secure facility staff for review. The method additionallyincludesrouting the request form back to the secure facility resident if furtherinformation isrequired and if the further information is required, accepting the furtherinformationfrom the secure facility resident.
