A biomass processing system includes: a hydrolysisprocessing unit that decomposes, under a high-temperature/high-pressurecondition, biomass feedstock in a processing tankhaving a gas-liquid interface, and removes a lignin componentand a hemicellulose component; a biomass solid contentdischarge unit that discharges a biomass solid content which isa hot water insoluble element; a slurrying vessel that subjectsthe discharged biomass solid content to slurrying; and a hotwater discharge liquid introducing line that introduces, intothe slurrying vessel, a hot water discharge liquid including abiomass hot-water soluble element.
