The invention discloses an electrode cap grinding and changing machine, whichcomprises a frame, a drive motor having an output end and a balanced floatingunit,connected with a working table. The two sides of the working table have a capdismounting unit and a cap grinding unit drivably interconnected with theoutput end ofthe drive motor and electrode cap storage units. The grinding and changing oftheelectrode cap can be completed on equipment, and the drive motor is used forrealizingtwo functions. The technical difficult problem of stopping to change theelectrode cap onthe automobile production line can be solved, and the problem that too largefloor area iscaused because the grinder and the cap changer are separated can be solved.Theelectrode cap grinding and changing machine is applicable to the automobileweldingproduction line with high degree of automation.
