PROTECTION DEVICE FOR PREVENTING TUMOR DISSEMINATION AND TUMOR METASTASIS IN LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY

Disclosed is a protection device for preventing the spread and metastasis of tumours in a laparoscopic surgery, comprising a soft bag (1) capable of being placed in the abdominal cavity through abdominal wall puncture holes for receiving the tumours removed in the surgery, wherein a sealing cable (2) is provided surrounding the mouth portion of the soft bag (1), such that when tightening and ligaturing the sealing cable (2), the mouth portion of the soft bag (1) will be closed in the abdominal cavity, or the closed mouth portion of the soft bag (1) can be pulled through the abdominal wall puncture holes by the sealing cable (2) to the outside of the abdominal cavity, and a device can be placed into the soft bag (1) inside the abdominal cavity through the mouth portion of the soft bag (1) outside the abdominal cavity and performs air inflation and pulverization; or a device can be placed into the soft bag (1) inside the abdominal cavity through a catheter (3) used for grinding operations or a catheter (4) used for auxiliary operations, and a laparoscope is placed through a conduit (5) for peering, for easy observation. The protection device, as a laparoscopic surgery auxiliary device, in the closed abdominal cavity, places tumours into a relatively closed soft bag (1), and after inflating the soft bag (1), another relatively closed space is formed within the abdominal cavity to facilitate breaking and taking out under laparoscopic surveillance, and avoiding iatrogenic tumour spread.
