Disclosed is a branched and open-window type thoracic aorta endovascular exclusion transplant, comprising an artificial vessel membrane (1), wherein the outer wall or inner wall of the artificial vessel membrane (1) is covered with a flexible metal wire stent (2) and the artificial vessel membrane (1) is arched; a mounting hole (3), wherein the mounting hole (3) is provided at the arched protrusion side of the artificial vessel membrane (1); a branch (4), wherein the branch (4) is fixed on the artificial vessel membrane (1) through the mounting hole (3); and a positioning point (5), wherein the positioning point (5) is provided on the artificial vessel membrane (1). The branched and open-window type thoracic aorta endovascular exclusion transplant reaches a closed gap located at the aorta ascendens or aortic arch dissection, and may guarantee blood supply to brachiocephalic trunk artery, left common carotid artery, left subclavian artery and other branch arteries. The invention adopts an arched tubular structure in line with the curvature of the human aortic arch dissection, enabling the endovascular exclusion transplant to attach to the aortic arch dissection part more rationably and closely.
