The present invention provides an interference alignment method for use in multi-cell, multi-user MIMO systems, and including: a base station takes multiple users within a cell and divides them into a plurality of user groups, and notifies of said user grouping information; when a user group receives interference from a neighboring cell, the users within the user group cooperate with one another in engaging in interference alignment. The present invention additionally provides an interference alignment-based pre-coding method and system. The present invention, by means of the grouping and collaboration of users and the designing of a receiving matrix for each user, achieves interference alignment within the signal transmission space of a BS.
