Disclosed in the present invention is a method for switching mobile terminal talk mode, comprising: measuring in real time the distance between a current user and a mobile terminal in talk mode; when the distance so measured exceeds a first preset threshold, identifying whether said mobile terminal continues to remain in talk mode; when it is identified that said mobile terminal continues to remain in talk mode, measuring the sightlines of said current user, and when said sightlines are within the coverage of the screen region of the mobile terminal, switching the mobile terminal talk mode from microphone mode to speaker mode. Also disclosed in the present invention are a device for switching mobile terminal talk mode and a storage medium.
