Provided is a completely-artificial red-and-blue-light type photosynthetic light-conversion glass plane light source. The light source comprises a hollow glass assembly (1) and a red-and-blue LED assembly (2). One piece of glass of the hollow glass assembly (1) is super-white patterned glass (3), and the other piece of glass is sunlight controlled coated glass (7). An A1GaInP red-light LEDs with a characteristic wavelength of 660 nanometers and InGaN blue-light LED artificial light sources with a characteristic wavelength of 450 nanometers are mounted at the periphery and the middle of the hollow glass assembly (1).
