The invention relates to a hot gas exhaust nozzle for an aircraft turbojet, provided such as to be placed in a pod supported by a pylon including a fairing (8) placed near the outer surface of said nozzle (12). The space between said fairing and said nozzle forms a substantially longitudinal channel (10). Said nozzle comprises, on the outer wall (12) thereof, a deflector (20) placed in a transverse plane covering an angular sector located in the channel (10), that is provided such as to come near the fairing (8) without touching same.
