METHOD FOR DETECTING BRAND COUNTERFEIT WEBSITES BASED ON WEBPAGE ICON MATCHING

The invention relates to a method for detecting brand counterfeit websites based on webpage icon matching, and the steps thereof are: 1) collecting website brands with the number of brand counterfeit larger than a set threshold, obtaining the webpage icons thereof and establishing a brand icon image set (BrandSet); 2) according to the webpage URLs of multiple to-be-detected websites, extracting and obtaining the webpage icons of the websites and establishing a to-be-detected image set (DetectSet); 3) matching the images in the BrandSet with the images in the DetectSet, and judging whether a matched image exists in the two sets; 4) according to the matched image, finding out the webpage URL matched with the matched image, and judging whether the matched webpage URL has the brand icon using right; and 5) judging the webpage URLs without the brand webpage icon using right in the step 4) to be brand counterfeit websites and finishing detection. The method of the invention fully utilizes an element - webpage icon, which is not involved in previous studies. The method is easy to be achieved, has high recognition rate, and is easy to be popularized.
