A method for measuring risky choice decision-making, the method including the steps of, in a processing system: providing a plurality of questions, each of the plurality of questions being associated with a scenario having a predetermined risk factor associated therewith (100); receiving a response for each of the plurality of questions (110) in accordance with a predetermined time factor associated with the scenario and the plurality questions; and, determining a score for measuring risky choice decision making, in accordance with the time and risk factor (120). The method further includes application of the five factor decision process model, including memory, analytical, learning, intuitive, and creative decision process factors to predict a correct decision.
