An ocular vision system comprises a display module (2.1). The display module comprises a transparent optical waveguide (2.4) designed to propagate, by total internal reflection, a light beam transporting an image (2.6) to an extraction section of said optical waveguide. The system comprises: means for positioning the optical waveguide in a first position in which the extraction area is placed according to a first axis corresponding to a nominal viewing axis of the eye of the user; means for positioning the optical waveguide in a second position in which the extraction area is placed according to a second axis offset relative to the nominal viewing axis of the eye of the user; and means for rotating the optical waveguide, about an axis intended to pass substantially through the centre of rotation of the eye of the user, designed to allow the optical waveguide to shift from the first position to the second position, and vice-versa.
