Disclosed is a pin-locking type mooring anchor chain balancing weight, comprising two partitioned block bodies (11, 12) which are oppositely arranged, wherein the opposite surfaces of the two partitioned block bodies (11, 12) are provided with an anchor chain groove (2) in an axial direction, two bonding surfaces (3) are formed at both sides of an opening on the anchor chain groove (2), each bonding surface (3) is provided with at least one locking lug (4) thereon, the locking lug (4) is provided with a through hole (5) thereon in the axial direction, the locking lugs (4) on the mutually corresponding bonding surfaces (3) of the two partitioned block bodies (11, 12) are alternately arranged in sequence in an alignment mode in the axial direction and form locking lug groups arranged in the axial direction, the through holes (5) in the locking lugs (4) of each row of the locking lug groups are communicated in sequence in the axial direction to form a locking through hole, and the two partitioned block bodies (11, 12) are locked and fixed by a locking pin (6) penetrating through the locking through hole. The rigidity of a mooring leg system is increased, the security and reliability are improved, and the service life is long.
