An L-tetrahydropalmatine dissolving method, L-tetrahydropalmatine solution and use thereof, the method comprising: adding phosphoric acid to the aqueous suspension of L-tetrahydropalmatine to dissolve the suspended L-tetrahydropalmatine; and uniformly spraying clear pale yellow L-tetrahydropalmatine solution dissolved with water and phosphoric acid onto shreded tobacco, or uniformly mixing the L-tetrahydropalmatine solution with other raw materials to prepare food or beverages.
