[Problem] To provide a beauty aid and a beauty aid system with which multiple different types of beauty functions can be used in effortlessly interchangeable fashion, and with which at the same time, lower cost and outstanding environmental properties are achieved. [Solution] This beauty aid (1) is constituted by a unit group that includes at least a first unit (20) and a second unit (10) which are mutually detachable from an assembly, and is generally bar-shaped when assembled. The first unit (20) is provided with a power supply means, a grip part gripped by the user, and a first connector part for connecting to the second unit (10). The second unit is provided with a function-specific applicator structure that provides beauty functions, and a second connector part for connecting to the first unit. The base (100) of the second unit (10) is formed to flat panel shape, the second connector part being situated on one surface of the base, and the function-specific applicator structure (110) being furnished on another surface, respectively. The first unit (20) has a recessed portion (20a) designed to interlock in opposition the surface of the base (100) on the second connector part side thereof, providing an integrated appearance when assembled.
