Provided in the present invention is an efficient apparatus for extracting biologically active substances through a magnetic particle method, comprising: a magnetic needle and a magnetic needle movement mechanism, a sleeve and a sleeve movement mechanism and vibration mechanism, a bracket, and a positioning mechanism. The vibration mechanism can generate a vibration, thereby providing the up and down vibration of the sleeve moving mechanism, wherein the magnetic needle can be inserted vertically into and out of the sleeve, and the sleeve can be inserted vertically into and out of the sample processing region. The vibration mechanism comprises a lever arm, a movable pivot and a rotation mechanism. Also provided in the present invention is an instrument comprising the apparatus for extracting and purifying biologically active substances. Also provided in the present invention is a method for using the apparatus or instrument for extracting and purifying biologically active substances. The vibration frequency and amplitude of the apparatus and instrument of the present invention can optionally be adjusted, and the adjustment range of vibration frequencies are greatly improved, the apparatus and instrument thereby having the advantages of low noise and long life.
