The present invention relates to a tissue-repairing injectable preparation comprising a polymer obtained by polymerising a hydrophobic biocompatible macromolecule and a hydrophilic biocompatible macromolecule in an aqueous solution. More specifically, the invention relates to a tissue-repairing injectable preparation wherein a polymer obtained by polymerising a hydrophobic biocompatible macromolecule and a hydrophilic biocompatible macromolecule forms suspended particles spontaneously in an aqueous solution, such that the preparation can be injected without using a separate solubilising agent. After being injected into the body, tissue formation is induced and the tissue repairing effect is also still present.
