A cream used for treatment of an acne hyperpigmentation spot and for whitening. The formula of the cream comprises constituents of the following parts by mass: 5 parts of jojoba oil; 4 parts of polydimethylsiloxane; 3 parts of glycerol monostearate; 3 parts of a cetostearyl alcohol; 1 part of PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate; 3 to 7 parts of isononyl isononanoate; 0.1 to 0.5 parts of hyaluronic acid; 25 to 35 parts of hydrogen-rich and oxygen-rich water; 1 to 2 parts of trehalose; 0.05 to 0.1 parts of disodium EDTA; 1 to 3 parts of a trace element composition; 3 to 5 parts of collagen; 1 to 5 parts of a superoxide dismutase; 0.05 to 0.1 parts of a preservative; and 20 to 35 parts of deionized water.
