摘要

This vibration analysis method includes: a step (S10) in which the damage data of a rolling bearing are inputted; a step (S40) for calculating, by using a kinetic analysis program, the history of displacement which occurs in the rolling bearing between the inner and outer rings as a result of damage when the rotating shaft of the rolling bearing rotates; a step (S60) for calculating a vibration properties model for the bearing device by using a mode analysis program; and a step (S80) for calculating a vibration waveform in a prescribed position of the bearing device, by imparting the exciting force history, which is obtained by multiplying the displacement between the inner and outer rings calculated in the step (S40) for calculating the history by a bearing spring constant, to the vibration properties model.
