Provided are: a multilayer sheet which exhibits not only excellent resistances to weather, heat and moisture but also excellent interlaminar adhesion; a manufacturing process therefor; a backsheet for a solar cell; and a solar cell module. This multilayer sheet is manufactured by laminating a vinylidene fluoride-based resin layer (1) formed of a resin composition of which the resin component comprises 50 to 95mass% of a vinylidene fluoride-based resin and 5 to 50mass% of a methacrylic ester-based resin, a methacrylic ester-based resin layer (2) formed of a resin composition of which the resin component comprises 5 to 49mass% of a vinylidene fluoride-based resin and 51 to 95mass% of a methacrylic ester-based resin (that contains 5 to 50mass% of n-butyl acrylate), a styrene-conjugated diene resin layer (3) formed of a resin composition of which the resin component comprises a styrene-conjugated diene block copolymer and/or a hydrogenated product thereof, and a polyolefin resin layer (4) formed of a resin composition of which the resin component comprises an olefin resin, in this order.
