A clean plant system of constant temperature and humidity, comprising a plurality of separate plants (10) connected to but independent of each other; each separate plant (10) is provided with one weaving machine (11) and one air conditioning and cleaning device (12) both connected to a controller (13), and connected to a main air conditioning system (20) via the controller (13);a refrigeration compressor of the main air conditioning system (20) is composed of a plurality of low-power sub refrigeration compressors (22); a main controller (21) of the main air conditioning system (20) starts one sub refrigeration compressor (22) according to a set temperature, or starts several or all sub refrigeration compressors (22) at fixed time intervals, thus realizing temperature adjustment only for the separate plants (10) requiring air conditioning; in addition, the air conditioning and cleaning device (12) conducts indoor air circulation after filtering air in the separate plants (10).
