Disclosed is decoiling and blanking production equipment using laser cutting technology, comprising a decoiling machine, a levelling machine, a servo feeder, a laser cutting system, a stacking system and a waste material processing system, characterized in that a laser cutting platform is fixed to a base between the servo feeder and the stacking system, and a laser cutting device capable of cutting a moving strip material is fixed to the laser cutting platform. The machining method of the present equipment comprises: a) servo feeding; b) positioning a cutting starting point; c) high speed lamination; d) implementing patterning and cutting; e) calculating from the cutting starting point; and f) repeating steps b), c), d) and e) until the machining of the strip material has been completed. A standard decoiler and laser cutting equipment can be joined by using the novel laser cutting platform, achieving the aim of fast cutting and unloading. At the same time, equipment costs and energy consumption are reduced, and product specifications are quickly switched, suiting the production of various batches.
