The instructor support device (1) is provided with an operator position judgment means (110) that judges an operator position in accordance with the information received from the operator position detection means, an operator information saving means (112) that records a corresponding table between an ID code and an operator name and the like allocated to every pattern of the clothes of the operator, an operator name display data generation means (111) that generates display data of the operator position and the operator name, and an operation history display screen (140) that shows the generated operator name display data to an instructor.
