A public-sector institution server stores an identification number for each individual person. Enterprise servers store fees for each identification number which the individual persons pay to the enterprises. An information provision server comprises an information acquisition unit. The information acquisition unit acquires the identification numbers for each individual person from the public-sector information server, acquires the fees corresponding to the acquired identification numbers from each of the enterprise servers, associates the identification numbers with the acquired fees and the names of the enterprises, and stores same in a centrally managed information storage unit.
