The present invention relates to a concrete structure for housing construction. The concrete structure (10) for housing construction in which a ceiling part (11) constituting the upper portion thereof and wall parts (12) constituting the side portions thereof are integrally manufactured through concrete molding and constructed on a concrete foundation bed (1) built in the ground, the ceiling part (11) having reinforcing bars (R) arranged therein in a lattice frame shape and the wall parts (12) being perpendicular to opposite sides of the ceiling part (11), comprises: front and rear step parts (11a, 12a) formed on the front and rear sides of the ceiling part (11) and the wall parts (12) which constitute the concrete structure (10); an assembly step (11b) protruding from the front step part (11a), wherein the assembly step (11b) is guided toward the inside of the rear step part (12a) of the concrete structure (10), which is manufactured in the same way as the front step part (11a), to allow the adjacent front and rear step parts (11a, 12a) to be on the same line; a plurality of nut members (20) embedded at equal intervals in the front and rear step parts (11a, 12a) to maintain the distance between the reinforcing bars (R) arranged therein; and connection plates (40) connected to the exterior of the front and rear step parts (11a, 12a) of the concrete structure (10) and having connection holes (41) formed therein, wherein the connection holes (41) coincide with the nut members (20) and have fastening bolts (30) coupled thereto. Concrete molding can be performed such that front and rear step parts are formed on the front and rear sides of a ceiling part and wall parts, and an assembly step is formed on one side of the front step part, in which a plurality of nut members for stably supporting the arrangement state of reinforcing bars are embedded in the step parts, thereby achieving an effect that each of the plurality of nut members embedded in the step parts further reinforces durability of connection points of a concrete structure. Fastening bolts can be simply tightened by coinciding connection holes of connection plates with the nut members, and the external appearance of the step parts can be finished to be identical to the outer surface of the structure using concrete or mortar, which makes it possible to combine a basic form of a house as soon as possible, thereby achieving an effect of reducing unnecessary materials and personnel expenses. In addition, side step parts are further formed on the upper and lower portions of the wall parts of the concrete structure, thereby providing an effect of significantly reducing time required to construct a house due to excellent workability during construction of a house having two or more floors.
