A vacuum boiling-based solution regeneration apparatus for implementing controllable condensation comprises a refrigerant loop, a solution loop, a vacuum maintaining loop, and an air loop. In addition, by adjusting a working pressure in a finned tube heat exchanger in the air loop, the evaporation temperature of a refrigeration system can be regulated.
