Method for injection moulding plastic pieces

The method involves closing an injection molding tool (1) for forming a cavity (4) in an interior of the molding tool, and introducing a plastic melt into the cavity. Pressurized gas is introduced into the cavity via an injector (7), and flushing gas is guided into the cavity via the injector with pressure between 5 and 30 bar before introducing the plastic melt into the cavity, where inert gas or less active gas e.g. hydrogen, carbon monoxide and ammonia, is used as the flushing gas and/or the pressurized gas.
