The purpose of the present invention is to develop a water-stopping material suitable for the repair of concrete structures, and to achieve the injection of the water-stopping material with taking the water-stopping effect and durability of the water-stopping material into consideration when the repair is carried out using the water-stopping material. Provided are: a material for stopping water at water-leaking cracks, which is produced using a high-performance inorganic crack injection material; and a technique for stopping water at water-leaking cracks.A material for stopping water at water-leaking cracks, which is produced using a high-performance inorganic crack injection material. For the purpose of repairing cracks each having a cracking width of 0.2 mm or more and stopping water at the cracks, the material is produced using a high-performance inorganic injection material which comprises a grout material, wherein the grout material is produced by kneading a mixture of three components, i.e., a high-performance reaction accelerator material containing sodium silicate as the main component, an admixture containing calcium nitrate as the main component, and a microparticulate blast furnace slag cement.
