Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio frequency power amplifier processing method, a Doherty power amplifier and a wireless transceiver device. The radio frequency power amplifier processing method in the present invention comprises: detecting a power value of radio frequency input signals of the Doherty power amplifier; if power of the radio frequency input signals is less than preset input power, controlling all the radio frequency input signals to be input into a primary power amplifier of the Doherty power amplifier; and if the power of the radio input signals is greater than or equal to the preset input power, controlling the radio frequency input signals to be input into the primary power amplifier and a secondary power amplifier of the Doherty power amplifier, wherein the preset input power is determined based on a traction characteristic of the primary power amplifier. The embodiments of the present invention improve power amplifier efficiency and a gain of the Doherty power amplifier.
