OILED PAPER CAPACITOR-TYPE TRANSFORMER CASING PIPE FOR BLAST AND FIRE PREVENTION

Disclosed is an oiled paper capacitor-type transformer casing pipe for blast and fire prevention. The casing pipe comprises a wiring terminal, a metal expander, an upper insulator, a mounting flange, a flange cylinder, a lower insulator, a base, a conducting bar, and a capacitor core. The lower insulator is a glass steel cylinder. The mounting flange and the flange cylinder are fixed together. The flange cylinder and the lower insulator are cast as a whole. The base is adhesively mounted on the lower insulator. The capacitor core serving as a main insulator is fixed and sealed in the upper insulator, the flange cylinder, the lower insulator and the base by using a strong spring, so that the metal expander used for enabling the interior of the casing pipe to be always kept in a micro-positive pressure is disposed on the top of the upper insulator. When the pressure in the casing pipe rises due to a fault, the metal expander on a head part first acts, so that an explosion accident of the casing pipe can be effectively avoided; the mounting flange is also provided with an oil sample picking apparatus, and the mounting flange can be directly connected to an oil picking needle tube in a micro-positive pressure state, and gas release is not needed, so that the casing pipe is very convenient.
