摘要

A global optimization scheduling strategy library based on a timescale, which is guided by an indicator system and a scheduling mode, and which relies on research results of various sub-projects, respectively gives out the adjustment and optimization means of long term, medium term, short term, ultra short term and real-time optimization sub-objectives according to the time scale, and comprehensively applies new elements of a grid such as a distributed energy source, a micro-grid, an energy storage device and a nonlinear load in a power distribution network, so that the operating efficiency of an intelligent power distribution network can be increased.
