The invention relates to a ceremonial garment for a physically disabled woman in an adapted wheelchair, consisting of three parts that engage functionally with one another and/or with a rigid and removable technical arrangement of said wheelchair, i.e.: a bustier (B), the front portion (AV) of a skirt and the rear portion of a skirt (AR). Said garment is used for covering the disabled individual and the front portion of the wheelchair, leaving the rear wheels (RB) visible and operational, or for covering the disabled individual and the entire rear portion of the wheelchair. The rigid and removable technical arrangement of the wheelchair with which the garment of the invention engages is made up of side guards (G1) and (GP) for holding and/or separating the front portion (AV) of the skirt from the front wheels (RA) of the wheelchair and the rear portion (AR) of the skirt from the rear wheels (RB) of the wheelchair.
