The present invention relates to a vehicle control system for dangerous article management, capable of effectively managing the travelling of a tank lorry by monitoring, in real time, position information of the tank lorry and information about the open or closed state of each mechanism, and capable of enabling a prompt response when an accident occurs, the system comprising: a tank lorry monitoring module for receiving, in real time, state information of each mechanism of a tank lorry from a displacement sensor attached to each mechanism of the tank lorry, receiving GPS position information, transmitting information for controlling a dangerous article and position information via a wireless communication, and transmitting, in real time, a digital travelling record by being wire-connected to a digital tacho-graph (DTG); and a collected information processing server for receiving the information for controlling a dangerous article and the position information from the tank lorry monitoring module and then indicating the position information using an electronic map, performing monitoring for controlling the dangerous article, and performing real time communication with the tank lorry monitoring module so as to be linked with a digital travelling recorder of a DTG terminal.
