Disclosed is a drainage basin hydrological simulation method based on a 3D printing technology. In the present invention, according to DEM terrain information, a three-dimensional terrain solid model of a drainage basin to be simulated is obtained by using a 3D printer, and then hydrological simulation of the drainage basin to be simulated is implemented by means of rainfall simulation. The present invention can be widely applied to the hydrological simulation and the forecast of the drainage basin, and can also be used for collecting drainage basin hydrological data as a data foundation for a hydrological model research. In the present invention, the hydrological simulation and the forecast are carried out on the basis of a three-dimensional terrain solid model of the drainage basin to be simulated, the accuracy of the drainage basin simulation and the forecast can be improved, without requiring model parameter calibration.
