A high-voltage direct-current transmission converter valve control device and an oscillation recording control method. The device comprises a CPU and an FPGA with an oscillation recording function, the CPU and the FPGA being mutually connected, the FPGA being connected to an extended memory and a communication management processor, the communication management processor being provided with a communication interface used to be connected to a host computer, and the communication management processor being further connected to a register. When a valve control device is faulty or needs to store data, the FPGA starts oscillation recording during the faulty duration, to store originally recorded oscillation data in the extended memory; when the host computer needs to read data, the host computer reads the data from the extended memory by using the FPGA and buffers the data in a double-port RAM of the FPGA; and the communication management processor reads data from the double-port RAM through a bus, and sends the data to the host computer. For the control device and the oscillation recording control method of the present invention, an FPGA and a communication management processor are used to respectively implement oscillation data recording and communication with a host computer, and each performs its own functions, thereby improving processing speed and ensuring device operation reliability.
