Provided is a residential indoor temperature regulating device capable of suppressing energy consumption with simple control and allowing comfortable movement within a residence. This residential indoor temperature regulating device is an indoor temperature regulating device for a residence having a living room and other rooms. The residential indoor temperature regulating device comprises: temperature sensors (1B-10B) that are provided in the residence in at least two prescribed locations in the living room; air conditioners (1A-10A) provided in prescribed locations in the residence; and a control device (5) that sets, as the target room temperature, a first average temperature, which is the average value of room temperature data obtained by the plurality of temperature sensors (1B-10B), and controls the air conditioners (2A, 6A, 10A) that are provided in a toilet room (23) and washroom/changing room (22) on the first floor and a toilet room (25) on the second floor, which are outside the living room.
