Present application discloses a combination of technological means to solve economical, environmental, political and sociological fallouts of our planet wherein the means include recycling and reuse of all essential global resources. The disclosure introduces the concept of autonomic photosynthesising processes which are systems that approach the ideal of perpetual motion. Recycling processes provided with the means for creating integrated non-emitting facilities for energy / fuel / biomass / food / water /carbonaceous-products production. This is in conjunction with globally located communities capable of determining and governing their own independent existence according to their own special needs.
