In addition, the present invention relates to a finish material with excellent optical design expression wherein after one end of each of the optical fibers inserted into the plurality of through holes is exposed from the surface, the surface is grinded flatly, and the strike particles collide against the surface to allow one end of each optical fiber and the concave and convex portions to be roughly surface-treated, so that one end of each optical fiber and the concave and convex portion around the optical fiber protrude over all concave and convex portions in other locations, and one end of each optical fiber protrudes over the concave and convex portion around the optical fiber. The finish material manufacturing method according to the present invention has an effect of being able to rapidly and effectively produce the finish material through simple processes. In addition, the finish material according to the present invention has an improved light emission effect of the optical fibers, thus effectively transmitting, to an observer, the design to be expressed. Furthermore, in a case where the finish material is applied to a floor material, the design can be expressed and slip prevention can be ensured.
