The invention relates to medicine and the pharmaceutical industry and concerns a composition comprising a highly potent pharmaceutical substance and excipients that enable the formation of an aerosol of fine particles for penetrating into the bronchi and the pulmonary alveoli. The composition contains as active ingredients fenoterol hydrobromide and ipratropium bromide monohydrate, and as excipients absolute ethyl alcohol, triethyl citrate, the propellant 1,1,1,4 tetrafluoroethane (HFA-134a) and/or 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (HFA-227ea) and a pharmaceutically acceptable acid selected from hydrochloric acid, orthophosphoric acid and citric acid.
