The hunting and sporting weapon mount has a mounting structure (2) comprising a mounting rail (1) to which a telescopic tube (20) is connected directly or indirectly. The lugs are attached in front area of mounting structure and are provided at rear end of the mounting base rail. A parallel spring plate is engaged with a longitudinal groove provided at top of mounting base rail via centering surfaces.
