The present invention relates to carbonic anhydrase, a nucleic acid molecule coding the carbonic anhydrase, a recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule, a hose cell transformed with the recombinant vector, and a method for producing carbonic anhydrase using the host cell. The carbonic anhydrase of the present invention has high stability at high temperatures and exhibits carbon dioxide collecting activity even at high temperatures, and thus can be applied in a carbon dioxide collection process actually performed at high temperatures. Furthermore, an expression system can lead to mass production, and thus is expected to provide many economic advantages.
