MONITORING SYSTEM FOR GSM/GPS EQUIPMENT WITH PREVENTIVE SAFETY DEVICE FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AFFECTING PERSONS COVERED BY PROTECTIVE INJUNCTIONS AND/OR AT RISK

The system claimed here is intended to provide effective protection/prevention for victims protected by the law, using GSM/GPRS technology combined with audio recording. The invention patent relates to a method that uses a GSM/GPRS device given to victims granted a protective injunction by the State established by means of a legal ruling that the aggressor is bound to remain at a minimum distance from the victim threatened with violence. The holder (victim/user) of the preventive safety device presses an emergency/SOS button when they feel threatened by or at risk from said aggressor. A monitoring center for the preventive safety devices (PSD) handling protective injunctions receives the call and the data from the device and checks the geographical location of the victim on behalf of the competent public body (field operative with police-linked smartphone), who then assists the victim, increasing the chance of catching the aggressor in the act. In parallel, the center prepares the audio recording system for the premises where the victim is located, to be used as evidence of a breach of the protective injunction by the aggressor.
