The invention is designed to capture kinetic energy from wind, according to the characteristics thereof and the required power. It is supported by an M-shaped support sustained by guys, and can be positioned on a rotating platform with solid foundations and on a floating platform. Its design, dimensions and incidence angles are such that, as a result of rotation and transverse thrust of the wind, a certain motor torque is experienced in the rotor. The rotor consists of a polygonal peripheral frame sustained by guys and radial trapezoidal sectorial blades, which are twisted, to a greater or lesser extent, by simple torsion, and joined to the shaft and the frame in an articulated manner. The belts, as conveyor belts, around the frame and pulleys, transmit their motor torque to receiving appliances, transforming it into direct accumulable energy. The solid foundations operate as a substructure and heat accumulator. The invention can be installed on the ground and also float. Models from the same place are alike. The components and materials are easily available on the markets.
