The present invention relates to an insulation gasket provided with a sealing sheet for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, comprising: a first sealing member having a structure comprising a disk made from a stainless steel material, on two surfaces of which an insulation support plate made from a glass reinforced epoxy material (GRE) is adhered, and a reinforcement spring which is installed inside a shell made from a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material; and a second sealing member comprising a mica sheet, which is an inorganic material sheet for use in high heat, that is adhered to metal disks processed in the form of concentric circles. The present invention can prevent secondary damage due to loss of fluids by means of the first sealing member in case of a fire, and is provided with a sealing capability and an insulation capability at high heat by means of the second sealing member, in which the mica sheet, which is an inorganic material sheet for use in high heat, is adhered to the metal disks processed in the form of concentric circles to complement the shortcoming of damage to a sealing due to thermal deformation by high heat in the first sealing member, and thus provides the advantage of wide application to a variety of areas, such as a valve bonnet, a pipe flange, a heat exchanger, or a pressure vessel.
